Account settings (your display name and theme) live in Settings. Organization members and roles are managed under People. Inviting new members to the organization is coming soon.
How do I update my display name?
Select your avatar or name in the top navigation, then open Settings. Under Account, update your display name and save.
How do I change the console theme?
In Settings, select Appearance. Choose Light, Dark, or System (which follows your device setting).
How do I view organization members?
Select People from the left navigation in the main console overview. The page lists everyone who belongs to your organization, their role, and when they were added.
The two roles are:
- Admin. Can manage members and create engines for the organization.
- Member. Belongs to the organization without management rights.
How do I change a member's role?
Find the member in the list, open their actions menu, and select Change role.
How do I remove someone from the organization?
Open the member's actions menu and select Remove from organization. A confirmation dialog asks you to confirm. Removing someone revokes their access to the organization.
Note: engine access and subnet admin access are managed separately (per engine), so removing someone from the organization does not automatically revoke any access they have at the engine level.
How do I invite new members?
Inviting members to the organization is coming soon. If you need to add someone now, contact support at support@opencloud.org.
